Today

While out doing the grocery shopping today Chloe was positively amazed by the Christmas decor at the shopping centre. She kept on staring at all the displays saying "Look at that!" (her new favourite sentence/statement) with a massive smile on her face.

Seeing as how I could no longer stick to my original plan of going to the Christmas launch at the Big W at the mall on Sunday, Nathan and I decided to do some decoration shopping today with Chloe. We let her pick out whatever she wanted and we threw in a few items as well. She had an absolute ball picking things out! Bonus is that we didn't spend too much as well.

It is so lovely seeing Chloe getting so excited about Christmas this year and I absolutely adore that she understands it a lot more. You'll just have to wait for my post about my tree to see what she picked, I've got to leave something a surprise!

I asked Chloe if she was tired and wanted to go to bed and this is the response I got. She is such an adorable child. She was lucky enough to get a few new clothing items today as well, it has been forever since I last brought her anything, which is weird because I used to buy her something new every week. We got her all 2's because she is slowly growing into them. I cannot believe she is already in 2's, long gone are the 00000 and 0000 days!

I also picked up another set of storage shelves for Chloe's MCNs and borrowed Pam's labeller as well. Now everything is less cramped up in the one unit. I had to buy a different laundry powder for her MCNs today as she was developing a rash from the other one. Fingers crossed this one works and Mr Nasty Rash goes back to where he came from!
I have been doing a lot of things around the house as well, but I'll wait until everything is done before showing everyone how it is. I figured that if I'm stuck here for at least 4-5 months, I may as well make it look half decent.
